RETURNS
In the event of a return, please take the time to fill out the back of your receipt along with the return. We would like to know the reason for the return so we can better serve our customers. When initially trying on your Tailorglam fit, please try them on delicately. We inspect each and every single item before they are shipped, as they are carefully hand folded one by one, with gloves. The more careful you are trying them on, the less issues can arise. We no longer will be processing refunds as of January 2020 However, a gift card is given to you as a store credit and never expires (unless you use it). If you return your order, and already have an exchange in mind, please let us know in your return slip or by calling and when your item(s) is returned, we will ship your exchange with complimentary shipping(Only Canadian orders, not including international orders)!
Please note: Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. You have the option to choose store credit, where you can apply that code on a brand new order. Any orders that include measurements or custom names cannot be cancelled or returned, even if the order hasn't shipped yet. 99.99% of the time the item is already cut according to the measurements provided. Upon purchasing please make sure you read our policy.
1. Please make sure the item has not been worn, and all tags are attached. We sell out of our items so quick that there is someone else most probably wanting what you are returning. In some cases this may have happened to you. So we ask that you return the item nicely so that another customer can buy a non-used/worn item.
2. Your package must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving the item from Tailorglam Fashion (which can be determined from tracking your item). If for any reason we make an exception for that return after the 7th day, you will be charged a restocking fee.
3. When shipping your return, please return the package with Canada Post Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking is important to prove you shipped it back.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 15+ business days to process an Tailorglam Collection item. A lot of orders may be custom, and we can not rush perfection. If you require RUSH Production, please allow 3-4 business days to ship that item.
Please keep in mind we cannot control rush delivery fees by the shipping carrier. All RUSH orders should be called in first to confirm accuracy of inventory. Please do not order rush items without consulting with one of our associates. We need to confirm it can be done before you purchase to avoid disappointment or your funds being held. Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by Canada Post, 2-3 business day delivery. AFTER we ship your package. The shipping fee is added to your cart.Please note that Tailorglam.com is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination.
ONLINE CUSTOM ORDERS
If you require anything custom such as size or design, please call 1-438-828-5347. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate them, so please do your best to provide accurate measurements. Once we have to create a pattern for you for a custom design item, we can not honor exchanges or refunds on a custom item. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell. Custom orders may not be returned or refunded whatsoever. Custom Orders include, any changes to a design we offer, whether it's a change in the pattern or a different choice of color or print we don't offer in that style.
IN STORE CUSTOM ORDERS
In store , your welcome to create your own design, choose your fabrics with samples provided for you. Custom order begin at a fixed 120.00$ min. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with creating your desired garment. Get measured for a more accurate fit in case you order online in the near future, however, when your garment is cut and created it will initially be larger then your measurements at fitting. A second appointment will be necessary for the fitting, please leave a 1 hour time span as some adjustments might take longer than others. In the event of you not liking the fit, the design on your body , the change of heart, your event being cancelled and or other reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the garment, your deposit will not be refunded, simply because patterns have been created as well as fabric used and time spent confectioning the garment. The remaining balance must be paid and a gift card for that balance will be issued without expiration,(unless you use it).

Information is collected from a number of places on the web site including customer order and account registration forms. The goal in collecting this information is to make ordering more efficient and your shopping experience more meaningful.
During the order process we will ask you for information including, but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order, for internal marketing purposes and our site. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we use the personal information to contact you.
